I sold some clothes at the Commercial Drive location a while back. When I went to collect the money, I was told I had to go to the Kitsilano location. Well, this was not convenient for me as I never go over to Kits. When I finally made it over to there last week, I was told there was no cheque for me. I spoke with the owner today and was basically told too late, too bad.

Overall good experience, as have sold through the store. But sometimes I have no idea whether they have actually displayed any of the items they accepted. Also, in my experience the times I phoned, no one ever picks up or has ever returned any of my phone calls.

Brought some clothes to sell them and they lost one pair of shorts. Called the owner who was very rude to me on the phone because I was calling him. He never gave me money for those. I showed up 3 times, I wrote, I called...Kept pretending he was looking for a solution". Very dishonest."

I’ve been to this place a few times and I’ve never had a problem, but the staff girl working this morning is bloody rude. If you want me to wear a mask just ask politely and I will remove myself from the premises until I get a mask but the way she talked to me made me feel very uncomfortable.

I was in and out in less than 10 seconds as I was greeted by unpleasant and insinuated derogatory comments about the types of customers that should enter the store.

Definitely a different way to consign clothes but the service is good.They take your clothes but you have no idea how much they’re pricing them for. I called up a week after leaving my clothes there but was told that they hadn’t been marked yet.I did eventually get all my clothes sold which is great! I left about 10 items there and got back about $40. It’s definitely a low-ish amount but it’s a cute local store that’s worth it.

I stumbled upon this store and decided to check it out. Dimitri, the owner was incredibly welcoming and personable from the second I walked in. He went out of his way to give amazing customer service and I purchased an item I've had my eye on for years. I absolutely recommend going to this store. I left feeling so grateful and I am definitely going to go back soon.

I have extended my visit to Vancouver and was in need of additional clothes. I have visited the store at least 3 times and found the selection and the service to be quite good.

I have worked with many consignment stores over the years and this was the most disorganized and unprofessional - even a bit shady. They didn't call me back about my clothes, I had to call them a week later - they said if I hadn't they were going to take what they want to sell and donate the rest. From what I saw they made no attempt to contact me and were just going to take my stuff.Went to pick up the leftover items the next day and see what they wanted to take - they couldn't tell me which items they took because they were already on the sale floor! Then, they offered me $25 without me knowing what they had already taken. After looking through the returned items I see what they took ended up being around 6 items with brand names of Tory Burch, Aritzia, and Dynamite (3 were new with tags). I definitely would have turned that offer down had I known.I will not deal with In Again ever again. Definitely the worst consignment experience I've had. However, if you choose to - make sure you wait while they go through your clothes so you will know which items they are making an offer on. Make sure you sign an agreement or get cash before leaving the store.

I was greeted by a sign that said customers must leave bags at the front. My friend and I understood this and would have obliged but when we asked the cashier working where to leave our bags we were told “you girls don’t need to leave your bags” she furthered this by saying “you know there are just some people who you can’t trust walking around the store but you girls are fine”. It is important to note that my friend and I are both white women and in her response she insinuated that we are “trustworthy” but other customers are not. This derogatory response caused my friend and I to leave immediately disappointed not only with the conduct of our cashier but the policy of this store not being followed for all people but just those deemed “untrustworthy”.
